Our jam is made with apricots from local fields, freshly hand-picked and hand-pitted in order to preserve the fruit’s beneficial characteristics. It is perfect on toast for breakfast and on desserts, as well as for exploring the sweet and savoury field of pairings with pecorino cheese.
Grown according to traditional methods in our fields in Alvito, the apricots are picked in the summer preserving the sharp and intense flavour of ripened fruit. Our jam contains no additives, colourants or preservatives.
