We believe that farm holidays should provide an authentic impression of their area, promoting what is distinctive, original and authentic, as well as small-scale production, reasonable prices and the shortest possible chain of production, guaranteed by local farmers.

Our products, which are partly used for our small restaurant and partly processed into jams, marmalades, marinated vegetables and so on, can also be purchased on our premises.

Spelt (an ancient form of wheat)

Harvested on Alvito mountain fields.

Our jam is made with apricots from local fields.

Spelt Flour

Our spelt flour is produced with spelt harvested on Alvito mountain fields.

Wild Blackberry Jam

Our jam is made only with fruit hand-picked in our surrounding woods and honey from mixed blossoms or brown sugar.

Spelt biscuits

Ground in a stone mill and hand-sifted.

 Concord Grape Jam

Grown in our vineyards in the Valle di Comino, our jam is made only with hand-picked grapes and honey from mixed blossoms or brown sugar.

Black Cherry Jam

 It is perfect on toast for breakfast and on desserts.

Our jam is a completely natural product because it was made without colourants, preservatives or pectin.
